Turn Around time

Proof are return to clients in 1-5 days. Turn around time for edits is 5-14 business day from when the client selected images to be edited.

Video work can take up to 30 days return to client but usually it given between 10-20 business days.

Rescheduling

Client may reschedule their shoot no later than 48hr prior to their shoot. Must be approve before we can move forward.

What does Edited and raw Mean?

Edited is basically color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, and sky replacement if needed. I DO NOT do body modifications.

Raw is the unedited images straight from the camera.

Refunds

All booking are Non-refundable once confirmed. However, you need to cancel then notify more than 72 hr before your schedule shoot. you eligible for 25% refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are not eligible for any refund.

The only exception to this policy is in the case of unavoidable "Acts of God" (such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other unforeseen emergencies) that prevent the session from taking place. In such instances, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit at our discretion.
